• "We are a group of young friends and family with two young children and this year we decided to spend an unforgettable Easter in Tuscany renting a house to stay all together. Well, I have to admit that we know well Tuscany and we have been in other houses, so the expectations were high. Something that does not happen very often occurred:  the house exceeded our expectations! The photos of the house on the website are already very explanatory but are not enough to express the beauty of the whole context in which the villa is immersed. Situated in a dominant position on top of a hill at the foot of which lies a valley full of olive threes and from which you can see a strip of sea that separates the coast from Monte Argentario. Unfortunately, during the period of our stay the weather was not the best but it was really invaluable during the hours of sunshine, taking advantage of the outdoor space to get some sun and enjoy the enchanting pool. Another aspect, equally important, that can be understood only “live” is the beautiful ad cosy climate that you can feel once you enter the building, tastefully furnished, it makes you feel at home. We especially liked the living room with the big wooden beams and the large fireplace, the corner sofas facing the landscape, and the beautiful grand piano of the landlord. In addition we had, and we fully exploited, a beautiful liveable rustic kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The rooms and the dependance were excellent and clean. A little constructive criticism can be made just for the bathrooms, apart from the one of the master bedroom: they are not at the high level of the other items of the villa. Overall, we were more than pleased with our short stay and we will definitely follow the advice of the landlord to return when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the pool and enjoy the outdoors. • "Nothing is different from the wonderful pictures of the Villa. Four adults and six children, four days in peace and in the  immense. A fascinating place, you go back in time. Nothing is missing compared to what it is described. Even what it is not 100% makes it characteristic. Everything is well kept, clean and welcoming. Claudio, the kind guardian pays attention to the needs of the guests. The only bad thing ... the weather in those days, but no problem: good wine, chops and tenderloin from Federico the butcher .......... so that after a few glass of wine the time does not matter anymore. We will definitely go back. It could not get better than that. Breathtaking view in the early morning when your gaze can intercept hares and deers. • "Just let your mind fly in this beautiful country! Immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees, rosemary bushes, birds chirping and an indescribably beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside we enjoyed our 2 week stay in Scansano. The interior of the villa is very well maintained, cozy and individual, bathrooms and kitchen are modern and very well equipped. Guests can relax in the garden, terrace and swimming pool, which are beautifully! Claudio, who takes care of the house and garden, is very friendly and helpful. He ensures the cleanliness of the pool and took even care of the firewood for the fireplace when the evenings were still cold. We felt totally at ease. On one side you have the naturalness of the villa but on the other there are many easily accessible destinations (Saturnia, Pitigliano, Grosseto, the Natural Park of Maremma, Capalbio with the Tarot Garden of Niki de Saint Phalle, even Siena and Rome). • "The property is beautiful, the view is splendid,  located just 35 minutes from the Natural Park of Maremma and its beaches, just 2h30 from Rome and Florence. You can visit the charming villages nearby such Magliano, Pitigliano, Sovana, Saturnia and its thermal hot water cascades and Monte Argentario with its coves is less than an hour away ... So we spent two wonderful weeks in Scansano immersed in nature lulled by the singing cicadas. Claudio, the caretaker,  is friendly and helpful, thank you to him for his advices."
